WE Walk for Compassion with Mayor Fischer

Students from the Mayor’s Give A Day/WE Day Youth Team had a great time on Wednesday afternoon filming the WE Walk for Compassion PSA, set to air on WLKY in the weeks leading up to WE Day Kentucky and the Compassion Walk on April 21st.

Mayor Fischer and WLKY Morning Show Host, Matt Milosevich, spent time with the students on a very rainy afternoon, chatting, walking and filming the announcement inside the Kentucky Center. The Kentucky Center is not only the hosting location for WE Day Kentucky on April 21st, but the starting location for the Compassion Walk.
